How long will it take me to get an appointment?
Urgent Visit: 5 Days
Pre-operative pulmonary clearance: 5-10 days
Routine Visit: 5 days
Sleep disorder consultations: 10 Days

How long should I expect to be there?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out the necessary
paperwork. Your visit could take up to 30 minutes. Occasionally delays happen.
Everything will be done to make sure that your visit runs smoothly and on time

What should I bring with me?
In order to be seen you will need to bring the items listed below. If you do not
have the required documents on the list or your co-pay, you will not be seen and
you will need to reschedule your appointment.
• Insurance care
• Photo ID
• Social Security Number
• Co-pay
• Referral
• Recent radiology films of the chest
• Recent pulmonary function tests

Will I see my doctor?
In most cases you will see the physician that you are schedules with. Occasionally
emergencies do occur and you would be seen by another physician in the practice.

What happens when there is inclement weather?
When it is snowing or icing outside the office will closed in most cases if
it becomes a danger for our patients and employees to be out on the roads.
Every attempt will be made to contact you and let you know that the office
is closed due to inclement weather. If however, you are unsure if you should
come in or not, please call the office at 410-997-5944. Listen carefully to
the recording. If the office is closed, the recording will say that “the office
is closed due to inclement weather.” You will be called back by one of
our staff members to reschedule your appointment.
