Carmen G. Salvaterra, MD., FCCP

Dr. Salvaterra is board certified in Internal Medicine,
Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.
She earned her degree at New York Medical College
and did her training at the University of Maryland
Hospital.  Dr. Salvaterra joined the practice in
1999.

David O. Nyanjom, MD

Dr. Nyanjom earned his medical degree at Howard University,
College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Howard
University Hospital and affiliated hospitals. He did his pulmonary
fellowship at University of Maryland Hospital and The Veterans
Administration. He did his critical care fellowship at the Maryland
Institute of Emergency Medical Services System (MIEMSS)/Shock
Trauma Center. Dr. Nyanjom founded the practice in 1992.

Francis S. Chuidian, MD., FCCP

Dr. Chuidian is board certified in Pulmonary Disease
and Critical Care Medicine. He earned his medical
degree from the University of the Philippines. He
completed his residency at State University of
New York and completed a fellowship at Georgetown
University Hospital. Dr. Chuidian joined the practice
in 1996.

Fernando C. De Leon, MD

Dr. De Leon is board certified in Pulmonary Disease and
Critical Care Medicine. He earned his medical degree at
Boston University. He completed his training at the
University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr. De Leon
joined the practice in 1994.
